Type 7.7 is a one-bedroom flat on the 7th floor. Fundamentally, it has the configuration of a studio flat but some extra floor space at the corridor end of the flat provides space for the one bedroom. Instead of its usual curve, the corridor takes an abrupt turn towards the eastern staircase and then turns back at a right angle which provides space for the extra room. Next, you have the bathroom off the entrance hall. Then, as with more standard studio flats, the flat opens into the living area. The living area is a rectangle which includes the kitchen and then, at the Sculpture Court end, a living area (which the developers also designated as a dining area).

Type 7.7 is virtually identical to the Type 8.7 flat on the 8th floor.
