Type 78 is the style for two flats – one at garden level and one on top of it at upper garden level – in Andrewes House, where Andrewes House meets Brandon Mews. They have no lakeside view; they only face Fore Street.
Type 78 is a large studio flat. The entrance opens onto a hallway. One door on the right takes you into the bathroom. The other door on the left opens into the large living area, with the kitchen at the back.
