The Type 9.10 flat is the most capacious flat in the development, and it sits at the eastern end of the ‘horseshoe’ that is Frobisher Crescent, with windows in three directions. It is three times the width of the standard flats. When you come into the flat from the external corridor, there is a bathroom/WC on your right, and then you are in the large hall. Off the hall on your right are two bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom) and stairs up to the penthouse level. Off the hall to your left is the living area, which is a large L shape. Nearest the corridor wall is the kitchen. The rest, with a double frontage onto the Sculpture Court, is the living room cum dining room. Upstairs the penthouse level is the same size as in other flats, and it contains a third bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
