Apartment 24 is at the end of Blake Tower nearest the Barbican Estate. It occupies the south-west corner of the second floor of the building. Its windows face east.

The entrance to the flat is immediately off the lift lobby. The entrance door opens onto a corridor on the left. There is a WC off it on the left. Futher along the corridor, on the right, is the bedroom, which runs back in the direction of the entrance on the other side of the corridor wall. This has an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a window at the south end of the room and shares light from the ensuite bathroom. These windows face west. At the end of the corridor is the living/dining/kitchen area. The western wall is almost entirely windows. There are also windows facing south towards the rest of the Barbican and the external stairs. The kitchen is on the left-hand side, against the wall shared with flat 23 on the other side of the building.

The apartment is slightly smaller than the flats above it from floor 3 upwards. They manage to fit in a second bedroom in the area which, in this second floor flat, is part of the living area closest to the external stair case. So this flat sacrifices a second flat for a larger living area.
