Type F2B is a studio flat John Trundle Court. The entrance is off the adjoining central spiral stairwell and lift unit. The kitchen and the bathroom are at the back, in the centre of the block. The main room – ‘the bed sitting room’ – has no window at the front of the building, just on the side.
The F2B is the flat at the end of John Trundle Court facing Lauderdale Tower. There is one F2B per floor, giving 5 in all.
