The Type 9.4 flat on the 9th floor is similar to the Type 9.3 flat next door. .These are among the larger of the 9th floor flats, roughly in the middle of Frobisher Crescent. When you enter the flat from the outside corridor, you find yourself in the hall with the bathroom and a separate WC. On your left there are two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. Ahead is a very large L-shaped living area. The living/dining area is two bays wide overlooking the Sculpture Court. Back against the entrance corridor wall is the kitchen. Also off the entrance hall, is a set of stairs up to a penthouse level, which contains a third bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The really interesting feature is that there is a second set of stairs, this time from the living area, up to another small living area or study.
