Apartments 111 and 114, which are next to each other at the northern end of the block, are virtually mirror images of each other, except for a slightly different layout of the flats’ entrances and bathrooms.

This apartment is at the end of Blake Tower nearest Fann Street. It occupies the north-east corner of the building and about a third of the east side. Its windows face east.

This flat is very similar to flats 81, 91, 101, 121 and 131. They are all stacked on top of each other. The difference is that the structure and exterior at the level of floor 11 is slightly different. This affects the layout of the floor 11 flats. These are the main differences. This flat has a balcony and the living room wall is correspondingly set back. A more structural wall in the living area where the kitchen is located results in the kitchen being almost self-contained – i.e. having three proper walls of its own). The sharing of space between the living area and bedrooms is altered.

Entering the flat off the communal entrance corridor, there is a bathroom to the right. There is a combined bath and shower and a WC. Turning left instead, there is a lobby area leading to the living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has windows along the whole of the eastern wall and they open onto a private balcony. The balcony also runs the length of that wall. The kitchen is placed along the wall abutting the larger flat to the south, and as mentioned above, has its own walls inside the flat with a wide entrance back into the living area. Below the living room (i.e at the north end of the flat) is a bedroom which is accessed from the living room. The bedroom has corner windows facing north and west.
