Type 113 is an end-of-terrace, two-bedroom penthouse flat in Willoughby House. The entrance leads to a hall which runs from left to right. Off the hall to the left is the living room and one of the two bedrooms. The kitchen takes up a large corner of the living room and is entered from the living room. Off the hall to the right, is the second bedroom, the bathroom and a separate WC.

There is a Type 113 penthouse flat at each end of the top corridor running through the middle of Willoughby House. There are 2 Type 113s in all.Each one-bedroom Type 113 is partnered with a two-bedroom Type 114.
