Apartment 14 It is entered off a corridor away from the lift area. On entering the flat you are almost immediately in the living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is along the front wall facing Fann Street. The west wall is almost all windows. There is a WC off a lobby next to the living area. This lobby area also has an entrance to the flat’s winter garden. (This used to be one of the landings of the external stairs of the building when it was occupied by the YMCA.) If you are buying this flat, you should clarify that the winter garden is included. You will see that on the plan it is not included in the grey colouring denoting the extent of the flat.
