Type 79 is a one-bedroom flat. Type 79 is the layout of garden and upper garden level flats in Andrewes House, at the corner with Brandon Mews. They face only onto Fore Street.

The front door opens directly into an unusually large living area, with the kitchen at the back of it. At the opposite side of the living room, there is a door into ‘dressing room’ (which is what architects call spaces without windows they couldn’t think of an obvious use for. On the left, is the bathroom and a separate WC. On the right, through the dressing room, is the bedroom.
