Type 67 is a one-bedroom flat type found on floor 01 of Blake Tower. It is the layout for Flat No. 14.

Flat 14 occupies the north-west quarter of the first floor of Blake Tower. Its windows face west.

Flat 14 It is entered off a corridor away from the lift area. On entering the flat you are almost immediately in the living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is along the front wall facing Fann Street. The west wall is almost all windows. There is a WC off a lobby next to the living area. This lobby area also has an entrance to the flat’s winter garden. (This used to be one of the landings of the external stairs of the building when it was occupied by the YMCA.) If you are buying this flat, you should clarify that the winter garden is included. You will see that on the plan it is not included in the grey colouring denoting the extent of the flat. The bedroom is off the other side of the living area. Near the entrance there are windows shared with the living area. Beyond the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom which has its own windows.

Flat 14 is almost a mirror image of Flat 11 on the other side of the building, but Flat 11 is about a square meter smaller and differently laid out internally.
