Types 63/64 are the layouts of all 14 of the houses in Wallside. They have 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room (6 rooms), 2 bathrooms, a cloakroom, a roof terrace, an integral garage, and a store. I have no idea why it’s ’63/64′ – there’s only the one design layout shown in the original Barbican letting brochure.
