Type 105 is a three-storey, three-bedroom, penthouse maisonette in Willoughby House. You enter the flat off Willoughby House’s central corridor and you take steps up to the living area. The living area is 16’9″ wide, with full-width windows and sliding doors onto the balcony. The kitchen is a large corner of the living room. There is a half flight of steps up to a corridor, with a WC off it. There are more steps up to a small lobby with the two bedrooms and the bathroom off it. Finally, there is a flight up to a large studio/third bedroom at the top.

Type 105 is similar in layout to Type 96 and Type 97, but with the extra top room. Type 105 is the largest version of penthouse in Willoughby House. There are 8 of them.

There are 11 different types of penthouse maisonette in Willoughby House – far more than in any other house. They are Types 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112 and 115. Most are very similar. Type 105 differs in having an extra bedroom.
