Type F2C is a small one-bedroom flat type in Ben Jonson House and Bunyan Court. The entrance off the south side of the building’s central corridor opens into a small hall. There is a bathroom on one side of the entrance hall and a doorway into the living area on the other side. In the living area, the kitchen is open-plan and sits against the back wall. To one side of the living room is the door into the single bedroom. The bedroom contains a built-in wardrobe.

Both the living room and the bedroom are south-facing.

66 flats (which must be most of the flats) in Ben Jonson House and 18 flats in Bunyan Court have the Type F2C layout.
