There are two Type 7.3 studio flats on the 7th floor. (The 8th floor is the studio flat floor.) Just inside the main door is a shower and WC. Then from the hall you enter the main part of the flat with, first, a kitchen, and then an all-purpose living/dining/sleeping area.
The Type 7.3 is similar to the more prevalent – and larger – Type 8.3 flat layout on the 8th floor.
