Type F3C is a large  two-bedroom flat in Bunyan Court. The entrance off the building’s central corridor opens into a small hall with the bathroom on one side and a doorway into the living area on the other. In the living area, the kitchen is at the back. On either side is a bedroom.

There are only 3 F3C flats. They are at the end of each of the 2nd, 3rd and 6th floors in Bunyan Court.
