The Type 100 is an end-of-terrace, one-bedroom penthouse flat. The entrance leads to a hall. The living room is off the hall. The kitchen takes up a large corner of the living room and is entered through it. At the end of the hall is a second lobby area. Off that, on one side, is the bedroom. Off the other side is the bathroom and a separate WC.

There is a Type 100 flat at each end of the corridor running through the middle of Willoughby House. It’s the same on each of the six standard floors, so there are 12 Type 100s in all. Each one-bedrrom Type 100 is partnered with a two-bedroom Type 101.
