Type 72 is a two-bedroom flat type found on floors 03-07 of Blake Tower. It is the layout for Flat Nos. 35, 45, 55, 65 and 75, which are all stacked on top of each other.

This flat type occupies the north-west quarter of Blake Tower. Its windows face west. It occupies the northern half of the west side of the building.

The main entrance to the flat is off a short corridor running from the lift lobby. Inside the flat is a small lobby with a bathroom off to the left. Almost opposite the main entrance to the flat, is the master bedroom, with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has windows at the southern end of the room.
