The 8th floor is the studio flat floor of the Frobisher Crescent development. Type 8.3 studio flats make up most of the flats on that floor. Just inside the main door is a shower and WC. Then from the hall you enter the main part of the flat with, first, a kitchen, and then an all-purpose living/dining/sleeping area.
There are two slightly different versions, christened Types 8.3A and 8.3B. To me, they look indistinguishible from the basic model.
The Type 8.3 is similar to the smaller Type 7.3 flat layout of which there are a couple of examples on the 7th floor.
