Type 43 is a two-bedroom penthouse maisonette. The lower floor of Type 43 has a dining area, and a living area which stretches into a study on the corner. At the end is a bedroom taking advantage of the end wall windows. Up the spiral staircase is a smaller upper floor with one bedroom and a second bathroom. Above that is a roof patio.

There is only one Type 43 and it is a duplex penthouse in Seddon House, at the Lauderdale Tower corner.
