Type 24 flats are one-bedroom, end-of-terrace flats. They have 1 bedroom and a living room (2 rooms). On the 1st and the 3rd to 6th floors, the Type 24 flats are coupled with Type 25 flats. On the 2nd floor the Type 24 flat is coupled with a Type 30 flat.

There are six Type 24 flats in Mountjoy House, one on top of each other, on the 1st to 6th floors.
