Please treat these details as as examples. I know they apply to some larger flats, because I obtained the information from UHL, the developers, but I don’t know if they apply to all flats. Each flat owner was given a code for access to a database which UHL set up, which gives the precise information specific to each flat. So, to be sure of what specifically relates to your flat, you need to obtain and use that code.

Caring for your bathroom
It is important that, when cleaning sanitary ware, the appropriate produce is used to avoid any damage.
Baths, basins and shower trays should be cleaned as regularly as possible to prevent build up of deposits which will make the component increasingly difficult to clean.
Abrasive cleaning materials should not be used under any circumstances, as this may result in the surface being scratched.
The use of abrasive cleaners should also be avoided on taps, in both chrome and other finishes, as the surface materials is likely to be scratched, eventually leading to the full removal of the surface material and subsequent corrosion.
Shower heads should be de-scaled on a monthly basis to remove any lime scale from the spray holes.
