Type 7C Barbican Estate flats

Type 7C only appears in Lauderdale Tower where there are three such flats on floors 11, 21 and 31. These are variants to the standard Barbican 1A, 1B and 1C models to take account of water tanks, which are placed at regular intervals up the tower.

Type 7C flats have four bedrooms, a living room, a dining area (6 rooms) a bathroom and a shower room. It is the standard Type 1C layout, but with no shower room. It appears in conjunction with a Type 3A and a Type 3B flat, and is used instead of Type 3C in Lauderdale Tower.

The 7C flats have rooms along the east-facing side of Lauderdale Tower, and balconies looking south.
