Type 4B is a Barbican penthouse flat which contains 5 bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, a roof terrace, a conservatory and 2 balconies. I only have a plan taken from a fax. I hope you can see everything. It shows the original layout.
There are three Barbican penthouse ‘types’ in Cromwell, Lauderdale Tower, and Shakespeare Towers, and they are Types 4A, 4B, and 4C. There’s one Type 4B flat in each original Barbican tower. It is No. 372 in Cromwell Tower, No. 392 in Lauderdale Tower, and No. 392 in Shakespeare Tower.
