Type 3C is a three bedroom Barbican tower flat. Type 3C is the standard Type 1C layout, but without the shower room. Type 3C has four bedrooms, living room, dining area (5/6 rooms) a kitchen and a bathroom. There are two Type 3C flats in Cromwell Tower on floors 19, and 29.
In Cromwell Tower, the Type 3C’ flats have rooms along the west-facing side, and balconies looking south. In Lauderdale Tower, they have rooms along the east-facing side, and balconies looking south.
