Type 38 is a one-bedroom, penthouse flat. It has a living room and a single bedroom. In addition, there’s a roof patio. The Type 38 has a slightly larger living room than the Type 37 on the other side.
The Type 38 is a penthouse flat in Mountjoy House. It is always next to a very similar penthouse – the Type 37. Type 38 is found at the Thomas More House end of Mountjoy House and faces in the St Giles’ church direction.
