Rumour has it that Type 22s are flats with one bedroom and a living room (2 rooms). Since they are in blocks which look north and south, they must run through the building like other flats in these blocks.

Type 22 flats crop up in terraces around the lake. Apparently there are two in Andrewes House, two in Thomas More House, and one in Speed House. But they are a bit of a mystery – they don’t appear in the original brochures of any of these buildings, which otherwise showed all the flat types, so I am afraid I have no plans to offer.
