This apartment is at the end of Blake Tower nearest the Barbican Estate. It occupies the south-east corner of the building and most of the east side. Its windows face east.

The entrance to the flat is immediately off the lift lobby. Immediately in front of the flat’s entrance door is a set of double doors opening into the master bedroom. There are windows facing east. On the left (north end of the room) is an ensuite bathroom, with a bath and a separate shower). Going back to the flat’s entrance lobby, there is a corridor to the right. This passes a bathroom on the right. This bathroom has a bath with a shower in it. Next along the corridor, on the left, is the second bedroom. This has a window on the east wall opposite the door.

Finally, at the end of the corridor, is the living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is placed along the internal wall shared with the flat on the other side of the building. There is also a little utility room backing onto the bathroom off the corridor. The living area has windows all along the east wall which also extend round the south-east corner to include a bit of the south wall. There are windows also near the external staircase in the south wall next to the kitchen area.
