Two Bedroom Type 2


Two Bedroom flats come in four versions. Two Bedroom Type 1 and Two Bedroom Type 2 on Floors 7-30; and Two Bedroom Type 1 ‘Panoramic’ and Two Bedroom Type 2 ‘Panoramic’ on Floors 31-34. Two Bedroom Type 2 flats have views north and east. They have balconies on the northern side of the building.

There are three versions, differing slightly in size and position of the balconies.

  • Two Bedroom Type 2 – balcony version ‘A’. This has a balcony outside the dining and living areas (floors 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 21 23, 25, 27, 29).
  • Two Bedroom Type 2 – balcony version ‘B’. This has a balcony outside the dining area and the master bedroom (floors 7, 11, 16, 20, 24, 28).
  • Two Bedroom Type 2 – balcony version ‘C’. This has a larger balcony than the ‘B’ version outside the dining area and the master bedroom (floors 9, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30).

The living area is at the end of the flat with virtually wall-to-wall windows on two sides. It incorporates what the developers call a dining area near the master bedroom

The kitchen is entered from the living / dining area and is separated from it by waist-high units.

The bedroom is next to the dining area, but it is entered via the dressing area, off the corridor near the main entrance. It contains a ‘media unit’ on one wall.
En suite bathroom The en suite master bathroom is off the dressing area. It contains a bath with shower, WC and a basin.
Dressing area

This is entered from the corridor near the main entrance. It leads through to the master bedroom. It has an entrance into the en suite master bathroom on one side, and has a row of built-in wardrobes on the other side.
Guest bedroom

The guest bedroom is a corner room at the end of the corridor, next to the kitchen.
Guest bathroom The guest bathroom contains a bath with shower, WC and a basin. It is entered off the corridor just inside the main entrance.
Utility area There is a washer dryer off the corridor between the guest bathroom and the main entrance.
