One Bedroom Type 2 flats have views south and east. They do not have balconies (except on floor 7 where the flat has a large balcony on the east side of the building).
One Bedroom flats come in three versions. One Bedroom Type 1, One Bedroom Type 2, and One Bedroom Type 3. There are One Bedroom Type 2 flats on every floor from 7 to 24. The one on floor 7 is different from the rest in having a balcony.
