Buildings insurance

Check with the Barbican Estate Office for the current terms of the buildings insurance policy. The Corporation arranges buildings insurance for the buildings on the estate.

Contents insurance

You need your own separate contents insurance against theft of your contents or any damage you cause to other flats, if you leave your bath running, for example.
