Nearly all of us have a higher than average number of legs. In the same spirit of surprising but useless statistics, I can tell you that the average value of a flat on the Barbican Estate in January 2016 is £1,034,965.31.
No one actually owns such a flat. Tower flats are probably much more, and studio flats are a lot less. But I can’t help finding it interesting as a signpost to the forward march of Barbican flat values, that the average value of a Barbican flat has breached the £1 million mark.
