Concrete containers
On the high walks and the Podium around the buildings the concrete containers are maintained by the City Corporation. They replant them twice a year to provide winter and summer flowers. But this doesn't really work in the Winter when they tend to look like opened coffins from a horror movie. It would be much better if they would plant them with small trees and bushes, with flowers around the bases, so at least they would look lived-in during the hard months.
