Penthouse Flats

There are three penthouse maisonettes. Penthouse 392 is on three floors. On the lowest level it has a living room and dining area, two bedrooms, the kitchen, bathroom and a shower-room. On the middle level, there are three more bedrooms, another bathroom and another shower-room, and a very large triangular patio. On the top floor, there is a conservatory and a roof terrace (Type 4B). Penthouse 373 is even bigger, with a much larger terrace (Type 4C). Penthouse 391 is smaller. It is only on two floors and it loses a bedroom, the dining area and a shower room (Type 4A).

Regular Flats

There are 3 flats to each level. Each flat makes up one side of the triangle. The flats are all of similar size. Some types are said to have 5 rooms, some 6, but this does not indicate a difference in size so much as layout. They are all long. There is a large living room at one end, from which a corridor runs to the other end. Bedrooms are on the window side of the corridor; the kitchen, bathroom and a shower room are on the shorter lift lobby side of the corridor. (Flats on the 9th 19th and 29th floors are slightly different. Instead of the shower room there is only a separate WC.) A balcony runs right round. The living room opens on to it. The three penthouse apartments have 4 or 5 bedrooms. 2 or 3 bathrooms, shower rooms, roof patios and glazed conservatory areas.
