Lamb's Passage was named after an overseer of the poor, not Charles Lamb the writer.
No. 1 Lamb’s Passage was developed by Nicholas King Homes in 2009 and contains 59 flats, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, in a large former office block. It is a magnificent solid-looking, but elegant, building in cream render with wood panelling between the modern grey windows. Most if not all the flats have now been sold. The flats sold in 2010 achieved prices between £315,000 and £780,000. It's a quiet street with clean looking office blocks on the other side.
Sales are shown in reverse order (most recent at the top). If it's the sale of a house, it says "House" and the street no. is its address. Otherwise, it's the sale of a flat and the street no. is the address of the building containing the flat.
