Bryer Court is one of the most uniform of buildings on the estate. Willoughby House has almost as many flat types as flats. Bryer Court, on the other hand, has five floors of absolutely identical flats - 40 of them in all. The layout is Type F1D. The entrances to the flats are off a corridor at the back of the building. So the flats all face west onto the garden square. The entrance is straight into the kitchen with a bathroom on one side. Ahead there is a decent-sized living room and bedroom at the window end.
