There are two Type 99 maisonettes in Willoughby House. They combine the features of other types - the layout of a Type 94 flat, the living area size of a Type 90 - but with a 'cellar'. You enter the flat off the building's central corridor and you take steps up to the living area and up again to the bedroom. The kitchen is off the living room. The bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs. The WC is off the landing leading to the bedroom, and so is a 'store room' nearly as big as a bedroom. It's called a 'store room' because it doesn't have windows. So you aren't meant to use it as living space.
