Type 98
Type 98 is the layout of 2 maisonettes in Willoughby House which combine the features of a standard Type 90 with a squeezed Type 95. Like the Type 95, you enter the flat off the building's central corridor and you take steps up to the living area and up again to the bedroom. The kitchen is off the living room. Instead of being off the entrance hall as in a Type 90, the bathroom and WC are upstairs. The feature it shares with a standard Type 90 is the width of the living area (the window frontage) which is the normal size of 16'9".
