Type 97
The Type 97 is identical to the Type 96, except that you take steps down instead of up. You enter the flat off Willoughby House's central corridor and you take steps down to the living area and down again to the bedroom floor. The kitchen is off the living room. The WC is off the corridor leading to the steps down to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. There are 16 such flats in Willoughby House.
