Type 96 is found in Willoughby House. You enter the flat off Willoughby House's central corridor and you take steps up to the living area and down again to the bedroom floor. The kitchen is off the living room. The WC is off the corridor leading to the steps down to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. There are 16 such flats in Willoughby House. Type 97 is identical except you take the steps down to the living area instead of up.
