Type 95 is very like Type 94, but with even more space removed from the living level and transferred to the bedroom level. Both types involve a slight massaging of the space used for the standard Willoughby House maisonettes. There are only two such flats. Instead of the standard 16'9" window frontage, Type 95 flats are narrower with only 13 feet. So there's no room for the bathroom on the living area level and instead it's upstairs next to the bedroom. Unlike the Type 94 flats, the WC has followed the bathroom upstairs next to the bedroom. The general idea is still the same. You enter the flat off the building's central corridor and you take steps up to the living area and up again to the bedroom. The kitchen is off the living room. As I have said, instead of being off the entrance hall, the bathroom and WC are upstairs.
