Type 93
There are only 4 Type 93 flats in Willoughby House. But despite comparing the plans with a molecular microscope I can see no difference whatsoever between its layout and the layout of Type 90, the basic model. You enter the flat off the building's central corridor and you take steps up to the living area and up again to the bedroom. The kitchen is off the living room. The bathroom and toilet are off the corridor leading to the bedroom, but on the living area level.
