Type 91
The Type 91 is identical to the Type 90, except that you take steps down instead of up. You enter the flat off the building's central corridor and you take steps down to the living area and down again to the bedroom. The kitchen is off the living room. The bathroom and toilet are off the corridor leading to the bedroom but on the living area level. There are 16 such flats in Willoughby House.
