Speed House has something unique at sub-Podium level - maisonettes. The windows at two levels looking out over Speed Gardens are Type 84 garden maisonettes, the only ones on the estate. There are nine in all. At garden level, is the living area. Up a spiral staircase at the upper level is the single bedroom.
