Type 79 is the layout of garden and upper garden level flats in Andrewes House, at the corner with Brandon Mews. They face only onto Fore Street. There is an unusually large living room which goes quite a way back, a bedroom, and a 'dressing room' (the sort of name they gave to spaces without windows they couldn't think of an obvious use for). There is also a patio.
