Type 76 is the standard layout of lakeside flats in Andrewes House. There are 14 in all with their distinctive windows shaped like a 'U', looking out onto the igloos in the lake and the waterfall. The living room is at lakeside and there is one bedroom at the back, facing Fore Street. They are identical to the upper garden level Type 16 flats which form an upper (but still sub-Podium) floor above, except that the Type 16 flats are all on one level, whereas the lakeside Type 76s have steps down to the living area.
