Type 72
At the Barbican Centre end of Gilbert House, there are two end penthouse flats on the top floor. These are Type 72s. They are squeezed into a slightly unusual shape by the larger than usual space for the entrance, stairs and lift unit. There is only space for a living area and a bedroom. There is also a roof patio for each flat.
