Type 51 is the layout of six sub-Podium flats in Defoe House. You wouldn't regard these as garden flats, in the same sense as the sub-Podium flats in Thomas More House are garden flats. the Defoe House ones are higher up, with relatively small windows onto the overgrown path between Defoe House and Thomas More Garden, and have no access to the garden. These flats have 2 bedrooms, a large living room, and a dining area.
