Type 46
Type 46 is the layout of a single penthouse flat on the top floor of Seddon House. It follows an unusual 'S' shape, presumably using up left-over space. Many Barbican flats are 'L' shaped - this living room is more like 'V' shaped round the kitchen, with a bedroom at the other end. (As a matter of interest, Type 46 closely resembles Type 74, the layout of a similar penthouse flat on the top floor of Gilbert House.)
