Type 42 is a single duplex penthouse in Seddon house, at the Lambert Jones Mews corner. The lower floor has a dining area, and a living area which stretches into a study on the corner. At the end is a bedroom taking advantage of the end wall windows. Up the spiral staircase is a smaller upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom. Above that is a roof patio.
